Killas BBQ and Sickness...

On Tuesday night Liz and I went to a BBQ with my volleyball team. I was really looking forward to it and was planning on taking some fun pictures with the girls to put on my blog. Unfortunately, the night turned out very different. And I have no pictures. You'll be glad.

As I sat down to eat I started feeling sick to my stomach. I ate some fruit and salad but couldn't bring myself to eating my hamburger. I decided I would go lay on the grass and maybe I would feel better in a minute. After laying down for a few minutes, I decided I should probably just go home. I got up and felt even worse. I knew I was about to throw up. I saw a building and went to go see if it had a bathroom. I didn't make it to the bathroom and threw up all over the concrete. I left and took Liz home and then drove home. I had to pull over twice to throw up.

Once I was home I spent the next 7 hours throwing up every 5 minutes. I threw up over 30 times. I have never felt so horrible in my life. At 3:30 in the morning I sucked on two ice cubes. I ended up throwing it up but it was so worth it. At 5 in the morning I sucked on 3 ice cubes and kept them down. I never knew ice could taste so amazing! I spent all of Wednesday in bed sleeping and watching The Office and In Her Shoes.

I didn't really eat again until Friday and still I feel sick every time I eat.

I told my dad the muscles in my neck were sore from throwing up so much. He told me it wasn't from throwing up but from moaning so much. He had to listen to me all night as I moaned and complained that I was dying and couldn't do it anymore. Ha Thanks for taking care of me mom and dad.

Cousin Camp

Last year my parents started a new tradition for their grandchildren called cousin camp. All of the boys get to come to Grandma's and Grandpa's and do all sorts of activities and then spend the night.
This year they decided they would start the night out by taking all 6 boys to Chuck E Cheese. I figured they would need some help so me and Scott met them there. We all had a great time at Chuck E Cheese. Including me :) I won lots of tickets! After Chuck E Cheese we all came back to my house and played and had a great night. The next day my dad took the three oldest boys to see Up!

Air in my Tire

Today I had to put air in my rear passenger side tire. Doesn't sound too difficult right? Well it was. It took me at least 25 minutes.
First, I had to get the air compressor. It was in the front room instead of the garage. Then, I had to figure out how to put the yellow hose on instead of the blue house. This was very complicated. Luckily, I had Scott on the phone walking me through it. Once that was done I had to move it outside. This thing weighs a lot. I took it out to the porch and decided it would be easier to leave it there and move my car closer. That way I wouldn't have to move it down the stairs. I tried moving my car close but Meagan's car got in the way. So, I asked her to move it. After she moved her car I moved mine closer and the cord reached. The, I had to figure out how to turn it on. I only saw one switch and it didn't do anything when I flipped it. After looking for another switch I couldn't find one. Then I remembered I had it plugged into the front room wall and the light switch had to be on in order for the plug to work. I went into the house, turned the switch on, went back outside, turned the compressor switch on and it worked! Finally, I put air in the tire. And had to kill two disgusting daddy long legs. I was definitely late to work. Dad, I swear this would h ave been a lot easier if you had just done it... :)

Scott's birthday dinner and Lagoon

For Scott's birthday a few friends got together and went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

After dinner Scott, Liz and I went to Lagoon. My parents, Jen and Chad and the boys were there.

I played one of the games and the guy let me cheat a little bit and I won this banana!! I was overly excited! After getting pictures of it I traded it for the gorilla because the banana was a bit big.It was such a fun night at Lagoon!
